About Me
I was born in South Bend, IN. My family moved to Rapid City, SD in 1995. Most of my childhood was spent there. I began work as a professional performer when I was 14 working in Keystone, SD near Mt. Rushmore as a singing cowboy. I kept working in the Black Hills region and continued my theatre studies in college. I graduated from Black Hills State University and moved to Chicago, IL in 2014. I worked Professionally in Chicago for 8 years and I'm now in LA.
I'd like to thank my mentors, Bert Juhrend, Pamela Wegner and Justin Speck for all of their dedication to the craft of education. I'd be nowhere without the love of my wife, fellow actor Spring Ferrara, and my parents, Dave and Kris Downs. Oh, and I have an awesome dog. Her name is Theodora.
